    Step 1 - Individual profile

    • These details will be used to log in to your account
    • Each agent should create their own profile. To maintain security, passwords and profiles should never be shared

    Important: The first person to create a profile in your agency will be the ‘admin user’. We recommend this is a manager or senior staff member as they will be responsible for the account. 

    • The admin user will have the ability to control user permissions and manage all bookings

    Step 2 - Company registration

    • Travel agents must provide your branch IATA, ABTA or ATOL number
    • Booking agents must provide your branch company registration number

    If you are a travel agent who has entered into a managed branch agreement with an ABTA Member, please provide your company registration number and not the ABTA number. Failure to provide correct information may result in your registration being disallowed.

    If your company has not previously registered with Imperial London Hotels you need to complete this step.
